"As we begin October, the month dedicated to the holy Rosary, I invite you to pray the Rosary every day for peace in our world."

Pope Leo XIV

October is the month of the Rosary. Our Lady of Fatima, in 1917, appeared to three shepherd children in Fatima, Portugal, with an urgent appeal: “Pray the rosary every day to obtain peace in the world and an end to war”

Pope Leo has invited Catholics around the world to pray the Rosary every day during October for peace in war-torn lands.

Glounthaune: the Rosary is recited each weekday morning at 9.40am before the 10am Mass

Watergrasshill: the Rosary is recited before every Mass during October

Glenville: there will be Rosary in the church at 7.30pm every evening during this month.

Glanmire: On each of the Fridays in October, i.e. the 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st, you are invited to recite the Rosary in St Joseph’s Church, at 7.30pm. On Tuesday the 7th, the Feast of the Holy Rosary, there will also have Rosary followed by Benediction (at 7.30pm) to mark this wonderful feast.

Carraig na bhFear: The Rosary is recited before the 9.00am weekday Mass on Wednesdays and Fridays

Carraig an Aifrinn, Glenville: every evening at 8.00 pm.
