Carraig an Aifreann, May 25
Mass organised by the local Legion of Mary in Glenville, was celebrated by Fr. Christy and Deacon David Lane at Carraig an Aifreann on Friday evening at 8pm. 100 people attended and prayed for those doing exams. It was a lovely evening in a most beautiful setting.
Prayers were offered for calm and peace for all students and their families and that the students work would be rewarded. Fr. Christy in his homily told the story of St. Joesph of Cupertino which told us that we all have different gifts and that there is a place for everyone. Singing was led by Glenville Church Choir and readings, prayers and reflections by students.
